Villa Coco is located
right in the heart Seminyak one of Bali’s trendiest shopping
and restaurant districts. Villa Coco is only a few short minutes
walk (150m) to the beach and is one of only few Villa properties
located this close to Seminyak’s famous beaches and beach
front restaurants. This ideal location means more time to
enjoy your holiday instead of traveling.
Villa Coco Bali is a boutique property offering 15 self-contained
1 & 2 bedroom bungalows. The Hotel was established over
12 years ago when Seminyak was still a quiet farming district.
Renovations were carried out in 2001 to completely modernize
the villas and to improve the facilities without damaging
the existing gardens or disrupting the traditional Balinese
design of the property.
The spacious two storey, thatched roof villas feature upstairs
bedrooms with en-suites. Downstairs there is a separate lounge,
kitchen and dining area with open-air garden style bathroom.
Each villa has its own yard and lush tropical gardens, most
with large mature trees to give shade on those hot Bali days.
All of our Luxury villas have a kitchenette with a gas stove,
toaster oven, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle, pots and
pans.
We also provide a supermarket, deli, and restaurant delivery
service, including beer and wine at very reasonable prices
direct to your Villa. Guests can also choose from reasonably
priced basic food items from the shopping basket in each room.
The peaceful, relaxed atmosphere offers travelers tranquility
whilst still in the heart of the action. Only three minutes
walk to the beach (150m) and Seminyak’s Shopping, Restaurant
and Nightlife area.

Standard Bungalow
The Standard bungalows are ideal for the budget conscience
travellers who still wish to experience the Bali Villa experience.
All Villas have fantastic manicured gardens, separate bedroom,
lounge and dining areas. Features include open – air showers
some with traditional Indonesian “mandi’s”. Fan cooled rooms
with mosquito netted beds. All standard rooms have traditional
thatched roofs provide a true Balinese ambience. Cable T.V
is optional.
One Bedroom Villa
Villa Coco has 8 one bedroom private Villas at Villa Coco.
Each Villa has large private manicured gardens, a kitchen
with an adjoining dining / lounge area and a private outdoor
style garden shower. The bedroom has air conditioning, an
en-suite toilet, IDD phone and built in wardrobes. Cable T.V
is optional. Customers can choose either twin singles or Queen
size double bedding.
Two Bedroom Villa
There are 3, 2br villas at Villa Coco, The master A/C bedrooms
all have queen-size 4 poster teak beds with soft mosquito
nets and a day bed for relaxing or conversion into a full
size single bed ideal for children. Master bedrooms also have
en-suite toilets. The 2nd bedroom includes A/C, and an en-suite
bathroom.
The lounge/ dining area over looks tropical manicured gardens
where guests can relax in the privacy of their own villa.
Two bedroom Villas also have kitchens with separate dining
and lounge areas, and IDD telephones. Cable T.V is optional.
Four Bedroom Villa
Villa Coco’s luxurious 4br villa is the perfect retreat for
larger groups.
With a large lounge, separate entertaining areas and both
a swimming pool and sunken bar, it is intimate enough for
small groups and spacious enough for larger groups. Finished
in a mixture of local and imported materials, it is sheer
luxury.
You have your own in-villa chef on call to cater to your every
whim, and a full range of services is available through the
hotel.
